where do i begin? i was shocked by the steep stairs leading to the lobby—such an inconvenient entrance. Absoluteley no coffee maker in the room. how am i to start my day? also, i woudl ve expected a complimentary upgrade or at least some nice treatment for all my troubles. just couldn't leave a good review, really.

Great location with some room for improvement
I really enjoyed the fantastic location right on the main plaza, which made exploring the town super convenient. The king bed in my room was comfortable, and the shower was a highlight of my stay. However, my room lacked proper ventilation, and I recommend asking for a different room that has windows for a fresher atmosphere.
